  • Creation of a planning timelines and regular planning check-in meetings.
  • Coordination of all vendor meetings, design meetings, your tasting, and final walk-through
  • Curated vendor recommendations, contract review, and negotiation
  • Guest list and RSVP management
  • Comprehensive wedding design -  layout, mood boards, and sourcing of design elements
  • Budget projection and maintenance
  • Development and finalization of detailed floor plans.
  • Complete event management including coordinating vendor logistics from load-in to load-out.
  • Ceremony rehearsal management.
  • Set-up and breakdown of any personal items and decor.
  • Liaison between you and your vendor team on your wedding day.

PARTIAL PLANNING EXPERIENCE

For the couple who have a few wedding decisions and tasks checked off of their list but are looking for help with buttoning up the design and guidance with execution. We will help you secure your final few vendor selections that will help execute the design and flow of your wedding day. During the planning process, we will provide the resources and knowledge to help ensure your wedding day can be celebrated with no final outstanding details not discussed!
